Happy Easter everyone....

Yes, yes....I still have to catch up on Jan-Mar but in the meantime...this is the most up-to-date I've been in awhile so...yesterday Sami took her first Easter/9 mos. old pics. She wasn't in the best of moods but we managed to get a couple of smiles out of her.

Still A long Time Gone (Dec 2009)

When we got back from Cali it was time for a major step forward....Solid Foods!! As you can see, the rice cereal didn't go over very well...but surprisingly everything else has so far...




We had to hit to ground running for Christmas season since everyone else had had a week more than we did to prepare. We were able to go to Longwood Garden's beautiful Christmas display.




Then to go see Santa.


And finally up to NYC to Mita's house (and a subway ride!!) to see Rockerfeller Center and celebrate Baby's First Christmas.

A Long Time Gone....Part 2(Nov 2009)

While in Cali, we had a bunch of great get togethers with of many of our friends and family.




We also took an overnight trip down to San Diego to catch up with friends down there. It was overcast but we tried to catch some rays at the hotel.



And brought Sami to see where we got engaged in Palos Verdes.


Christmas came early at Gigi's

A long time gone....(Oct and Nov 2009)

It's been for too long since I updated but a lot has happened in the past few months. No excuse I know. Anyway, let's catch up, shall we? First, back in October, Sami took her first flight to New Hampshire for Jake's Aunt June and Uncle Ed's 50th Wedding Anniversary. It was wonderful seeing the extended family and going to the old brown house for BBQ. Many there met Sami for the first time.







Then in November we went to Cali for a couple of weeks to enjoy some "fall" weather and see friends and family. Of course no trip so So Cal with kids is complete without a pilgrimage to the "Happiest Place on Earth" so we went to Disneyland with cousin Mia and their Gigi. (Cali trip, to be continued...)
